IT Support

Do you have experience in IT support? A multi-national professional services firm is seeking an IT Support team member in Guernsey.

Key responsibilities: 

• Ensuring inventory of laptops is up to date and issuing and setting up laptops
• Responding to report requests promptly 
• Providing technical support to end users 
• Assigning tickets to team members as appropriate
• Conducting regular system audits 
• Working with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance

For this role, experience in IT support is required, along with great knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems. In addition, good problem-solving and analytical skills is needed, along with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
