Human Resources Officer

Are you looking to develop your career in human resources? An independent insurance company is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Assisting in recruitment by liaising with agencies, sourcing candidates 
  • Maintaining employee records 
  • Preparing documentation such as contracts 
  • Assisting with onboarding 
  • Administering employee benefits 
  • Liaising with the payroll team
  • Updating company policies 

Ideally, for this role, you will have previous experience in HR and be familiar with HR software, along with excellent organisational abilities. In addition, a relevant qualification would be preferred, but is not essential, as is knowledge of Guernsey and or other European employment laws.
