Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be responsible for the Human Resources operations in Guernsey, ensuring delivery is aligned with local regulatory and commercial best practices and the business's policy framework.
The role-holder will also contribute to the overall performance of the Company by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organisational development strategies in support of the business objectives.
Key role:
Applicants must hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, have 5 years' Human Resources experience, have a proven successful track record, and have excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will additionally need to have the ability to multi-task, have strong problem-solving skills and outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
