A wealth services provider has an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent administration skills to join their team as a Human Resources Administrator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in providing support to employees with HR queries 
  • Managing the recruitment process using the internal tracking system including CV reviews, providing shortlists, arranging interviews, screening candidates and offering roles
  • Managing the starters/leavers process including producing contracts, inductions, onboarding, and pre-screening
  • Assisting with employee benefits
  • Monitoring staff training levels

For this role, you need a strong administration background, with excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, great attention to detail is important along with professional integrity.
