Facilities Administrator

A leading specialist provider of global fund administration services with offices out of town is looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator for a 3-6 month period.

The successful candidate will carry out filing, scanning and messenger duties, including dealing with the internal and external mail under the direction of the Filing and Facilities Supervisors.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide support to the company’s receptionist during lunchtimes, holidays and sickness ensuring security procedures are followed at all times, providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, face to face and by answering the switchboard.

Applicants must have previous filing/messenger / reception / office facilities / administration experience, have strong interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
