Are you organised with good time management and analytical skills? An international bank is seeking a Credit Card Analyst to join their team and provide support with reviewing applications and customer support.

Key responsibilities

  • Helping customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions 
  • Responding to customer enquiries, emails, and on-line messages 
  • Reviewing applications for Credit cards, credit limit calculations, and reviewing high risk factors
  • Setting up of direct debits 

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided, however, strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, with an excellent approach to customer care.
