Compliance Officer

A trust company is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer, to provide support to the Compliance function and join their small friendly team. The Compliance Officer will assist in meeting the requirements of the regulatory framework for the group and provide significant input into supporting and enhancing the risk control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding regulatory requirements and expectations for corporate licenses held
• Reviewing and reporting the findings of compliance reviews
• Understanding the compliance procedures and ensuring they are followed
• Maintaining compliance registers 
• Updating compliance monitoring programmes and ensuring they reflect current regulatory changes.
• Completing client risk and file reviews 
• Maintaining, reviewing and strengthening procedures
