  • Ensuring that accurate and meaningful quality compliance and management information is produced, reported, and acted upon
  • Supporting the monitoring and review of internal processes 
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement 
  • Making recommendations to enhance the customer's experience

For this role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with expertise in quality assurance. In addition, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are needed, along with in-depth understanding of industry standards and policies.
