Compliance Officer

An independent insurance company is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer, to support the Compliance Director.

The role holder will be responsible for conducting compliance monitoring activities, provide advice on regulatory requirements, establishing policies, procedures, and controls, including reporting regulatory breaches, and acting as Nominated Officer for their client entities.

Key Criteria:

  • Ideally applicants will have a minimum of five years' relevant experience, within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Ideally, hold a relevant professional qualification, or be working towards one e.g. ICA, AML, ICSA.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be keen to develop and continue compliance and risk training.
