Senior Client Services Administrator

Do you work well in a team and have excellent time management skills? An insurance company is seeking a Senior Client Services Administrator to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, intermediaries, and regions via telephone, email, or video call
  • Providing help and guidance to clients, including ensuring resolution of customer queries
  • Referring upwards any major disputes
  • Ensuring all tasks are undertaken in line with AML, due diligence measures, and fraud controls 

For this role, you need experience in a customer-focused environment in the service sector, along with excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
