Assistant Manager, Finance

A leading independent fiduciary services business is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, driving process improvements, and supporting financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a varied and rewarding opportunity where you'll be overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting, supporting budgeting and cash flow forecasting, reviewing financial postings and VAT returns, managing reconciliations, coordinating financial statement preparation, liaising with auditors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also have the chance to mentor team members and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• People management experience
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional or cross-border accounting would be an advantage
