Senior Accountant
Are you a qualified or part-qualified accountant looking for a new challenge? Join a leading financial services firm as a Senior Accountant in their Private Equity team, where you’ll play a key role in managing complex accounts and building strong relationships with clients, investment advisors, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing complex accounts under GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Overseeing accurate bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining and updating client investment portfolio records.
- Liaising with clients and investors on fund movements and reporting.
- Assisting with drafting meeting agendas and minutes.
- Advising the team on accounting issues and best practices.
- Supporting the preparation of information for tax filings.
Ideally, you’ll be a fully or part-qualified accountant with at least two years of relevant experience. Exposure to debt instruments is preferred, and a working knowledge of Guernsey Company, POI, and Partnership laws would be a strong advantage. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
