Senior Accountant

Are you a qualified or partially qualified accountant looking for a fresh challenge? A financial services company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Private Equity team.

Key responsibilities: 

• Preparing complex accounts
• Reviewing bank reconciliation accurately
• Maintaining and updating client investment portfolio records
• Liaising with clients and investors on incoming and outgoing funds
• Assisting in drafting company meeting agendas and minutes 
• Reviewing data exported from accounting systems and filing final reports 
• Supporting the preparation of information for tax filings

Ideally, for this role, you will hold an accounting qualification or, if part qualified, have 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with debt instruments. A working knowledge of Guernsey Company, POI, and Partnership laws would be a strong advantage.
