Manager, Financial Control

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager, Financial Control to join a leading professional services organisation. Working within the Financial Performance & Control team, this role will be responsible for financial control, statutory and management reporting, audit coordination, governance, financial performance analysis, stakeholder management, and supporting finance transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial information supports decision-making across the business.

Key criteria:

• Qualified accountant with a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' finance experience, including financial control and reporting.
• Strong technical accounting, statutory reporting and audit experience.
• Management reporting and financial analysis experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within a regulated, professional services or controlled environment.
• Ability to travel between the Channel Islands as required.
