Head of Client Accounting

An independent fiduciary services firm is seeking a Head of Client Accounting to lead a high-performing team and help shape the future of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the accounting and bookkeeping 
• Collaborating with senior leadership on operations and compliance
• Mentoring and developing a skilled team
• Overseeing financial statements, ledgers, and statutory returns
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring accurate, timely reporting
• Presenting board reports and contributing to strategic planning
• Driving process improvements and regulatory compliance
• Participating in tax and regulatory committees

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with leadership experience in fiduciary or financial services. You will need strong analytical, excellent communication, and Excel skills, and a passion for mentoring.
