Head of Client Accounting

An independent fiduciary services firm is seeking a Head of Client Accounting to lead a high-performing team and help shape the future of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading accounting and bookkeeping 
• Collaborating with senior leadership on operations and compliance
• Mentoring and developing a skilled team
• Overseeing financial statements, ledgers, and statutory returns
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring accurate, timely reporting
• Presenting board reports and contributing to strategic planning
• Driving process improvements and regulatory compliance
• Participating in tax and regulatory committees

The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified and bring proven leadership experience within the fiduciary or financial services sector. You will possess strong analytical and people management skills, excellent communication and advanced Excel capabilities, together with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.
