Accountant Supervisor

Join an independent global provider of private wealth, corporate administration and yacht services, where you’ll support the Central Finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis and decision-making across the Group. This role involves maintaining financial records, managing month-end processes, producing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating across teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Criteria:

• 4–6 years’ relevant experience
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ICA or equivalent)
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Proven ability to build relationships and support team morale
