Head of Client Accounting

A dynamic, fast-growing financial services organisation is expanding and evolving, and is now seeking a Head of Client Accounting to drive performance, strengthen controls, and elevate reporting across a varied client portfolio.

You’ll be delivering best-in-class financial reporting, leading audits and regulatory submissions, and enhancing systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Operating strategically, you’ll be developing high-performing teams, embedding strong governance, and ensuring seamless multi-jurisdictional tax and compliance delivery.

Key requirements:

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified
• Strong client accounting experience within fiduciary or corporate services
• Expertise in IFRS / UK GAAP
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale teams
• Solid knowledge of tax, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Detail-driven with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
