Senior Accounting Manager

As Senior Accounting Manager, you’ll be reviewing financial statements, coordinating workflows, and mentoring and developing your team to deliver at the highest standard. You’ll be building strong relationships with clients and auditors, identifying process improvements, and supporting Directors with client meetings, new business pitches, and proposals.

Key criteria:

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in funds and/or corporate accounting
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership at Senior Manager level, with a strong track record in team management and development
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
