Manager, Financial Control

A leading professional services organisation is seeking a temp Manager – Financial Control for a 9-month assignment, based in Guernsey or Jersey, to play a key role within its finance function.

You will take ownership of financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and audit delivery, ensuring robust controls and full regulatory compliance. This is a visible role where you will provide clear, insightful analysis to senior stakeholders while driving process improvements and strengthening finance operations.

You will also be leading a small team, managing month- and year-end close, and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality reporting and financial insight.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ finance experience, strong financial control expertise, and proven audit exposure. Excellent stakeholder skills are essential. Occasional travel will be required.
