Director

We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director to join a high-performing Trust & Corporate team, where you will be leading from the front, taking ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering first-class fiduciary and advisory services, and driving new business while deepening and expanding key client and intermediary relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, elevating operational performance, leading and developing teams, and championing the highest standards of governance and compliance, all while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key criteria:

• Holding a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, STEP, ICSA)
• Bringing a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in the fiduciary sector (or 10 years’ industry experience)
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of fiduciary services and regulatory frameworks
• Showcasing proven leadership and team development experience
• Taking a proactive and results-driven approach
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Applying a positive, solutions-focused mindset
