Key responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the daily administration of trusts, companies, and varied client structures
- Keeping statutory records sharp, accurate, and fully up to date
- Driving smooth cash management, payments, and banking activity
- Supporting financial accuracy through clear bookkeeping and reporting input
- Liaising with investment advisers and coordinating timely investment updates
- Preparing polished documentation and joining client meetings when needed
- Assisting with new structure setups and ensuring tax-related requirements stay on track
Candidate Criteria:
- Proven experience in trust and strong technical knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through
- Confident verbal and written communication
- A proactive mindset and readiness to take initiative
- Attained or working towards STEP, CGI, or equivalent qualification
