Senior Administrator

This is a varied, client-facing role focused on driving smooth implementations, strengthening processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring new schemes are set up efficiently and accurately, while building strong relationships across clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding of new pension schemes, ensuring a smooth and engaging client journey
- Setting up and maintaining accurate client data across systems
- Acting as a key contact for clients, members, and third parties, resolving queries effectively
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions
- Supporting client training and engagement activities
- Identifying improvements and contributing to more efficient processes
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pensions or financial services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service
