Compliance Administrator

A financial services firm is looking for a detail-driven Compliance Administrator to support compliance monitoring, risk analysis, and regulatory activities. This role involves reviewing customer due diligence, maintaining accurate records, responding to internal queries, and supporting reporting and training, while promoting strong compliance standards across the business.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C+), including English and Maths
  • Minimum of 1+ year's compliance experience
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and handle confidential information
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to improve

Desirable Criteria:

  • Compliance qualification (or working towards)
  • Pensions or Trust experience
