Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all financial activities of the Company, reporting to the CEO and overseeing a Finance Administrator. The role covers financial control, statutory and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit coordination, regulatory returns, investment monitoring and cash management, with regular involvement in Board and Committee matters.

Criteria:

• Qualified accountant with at least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience
• Strong technical and practical accounting skills
• Insurance experience advantageous but not essential
• Proven leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Confident contributing at Board and Committee level
• Excellent attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills
