Human R Rewards Senior Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Rewards Senior Associate to join a People Operations team in Guernsey or Jersey. In this role, you’ll shape and refine people policies, champion fair and consistent ER practices, empower leaders in handling people matters, keep processes efficient and compliant, and play a key part in creating a smoother, smarter experience for every employee.

Key Requirements:

• CIPD Level 3+
• Strong background in HR policy design and delivery
• Solid Employee Relations and case‑management experience
• Confident user of HR systems
• Experience in Reward
• Ideally, experience working within the Guernsey and Jersey frameworks
