Payroll Administrator
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team, supporting both offshore and onshore international employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in payroll and HR administration.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will:
- Accurately inputting, processing, and reconciling payroll data
- Maintaining confidential employee records with precision and integrity
- Handling telephone enquiries and providing professional, timely support
- Liaising with employees and clients on contractual and employment matters
- Preparing and processing all relevant employment documentation
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll payments
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident in handling sensitive information with discretion
- A strong communicator with a proactive approach
- Ideally experienced in administration (payroll or HR experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths
