People Manager
Can you lead HR operations, guide managers, and drive a positive, high‑performance culture? A large commercial business is seeking a People Manager to join the management team and oversee all aspects of the People function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
- Providing employment law and HR policy guidance
- Coordinating payroll data, benefits, and reporting
- Supporting learning, development, and performance processes
- Maintaining HR systems, records, and MI
- Driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives
About You:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5+ years HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Guernsey employment and population management law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
