Compliance Executive

Are you skilled at analysing risk and keeping processes compliant? As a Compliance Executive, you will be joining a growing financial services firm and supporting key compliance and monitoring activities. This role can be either in Guernsey or Southampton.

Key highlights:

• Completing due diligence and file reviews
• Supporting risk assessments and compliance testing
• Monitoring sanctions alerts and escalating issues
• Assisting with policy updates and reporting

What you’ll need:

• Experience in compliance or regulated financial services
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Clear communication and organised working style
• Support to undertake the ICA qualification
