Recruitment Senior
Our client is looking for a driven Recruitment Senior to join their People & Culture team, supporting the delivery of firm‑wide recruitment strategy across the Channel Islands. In this varied and people‑centred role, you’ll lead end‑to‑end recruitment, strengthen employer brand, build relationships with education partners, support general HR activity, and help shape future talent pipelines while working closely with colleagues at all levels.
What you’ll need:
- REC and/or CIPD qualification (appropriate level)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- In‑depth recruitment knowledge and experience
- Project management experience within recruitment
