Key Responsibilities:
- Managing fund structures and maintaining accurate investor records.
- Coordinating routine operations: investor calls, distributions, and payments.
- Preparing board packs, drafting minutes, and handling secretarial tasks.
- Ensuring timely tax, regulatory, and statutory filings.
- Assisting with accounts distribution and filing.
- Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
Key Criteria:
- Studying or planning to study a relevant qualification (ICSA Certificate or equivalent).
- Some financial services experience (training is provided).
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
