Fund Manager

A respected Trust and Fund Manager firm is seeking a confident and proactive Fund Administration Manager to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio. In this key role, you will act as the primary client lead, working independently, maintaining exceptional accuracy under pressure, and reporting directly to the Senior Manager.

Key Role:

• Leading the delivery of client services by overseeing, reviewing, and ensuring excellence across a portfolio of fund administration clients
• Coaching, developing, and supporting your team to help them grow and perform at their best
• Overseeing the maintenance of regulatory and statutory records, ensuring full compliance
• Acting as a Four-Eyes signatory, safeguarding the integrity of internal policies and procedures
• Building strong professional relationships through effective communication with clients and third parties

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ people management experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Strong technical knowledge of financial services, including GFSC regulations, Protection of Investors Law, and Anti-money laundering regulations
• A detail-focused, organised approach with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Confidence in acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues
