What you’ll do:

  • Managing day-to-day administration of retirement products
  • Responding to member queries and liaising with advisors
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in client servicing or financial services, along with pensions administration experience
  • Strong IT skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
  • Understanding of CDD and Compliance requirements
