What you’ll do:
- Managing day-to-day administration of retirement products
- Responding to member queries and liaising with advisors
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to keep processes running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years’ experience in client servicing or financial services, along with pensions administration experience
- Strong IT skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
- Understanding of CDD and Compliance requirements
