Assistant/Trust Manager

In this role, you’ll oversee the administration of a range of pension schemes, supporting and guiding administrators, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in pensions, trusts, or company secretarial work
- Strong team management skills and a passion for developing others
- Confidence in attending meetings and taking minutes
- Solid understanding of Guernsey’s financial services regulations
- A relevant qualification or degree is desirable, but not essential
