Senior Associate, Change Management

If you have a background in change management, preferably gained in a professional services or technology-led environment, this could be the role for you!

Our client, a Channel Islands-based leading professional services firm, is seeking a senior associate to focus on creating and executing strategic plans that harness technology to drive business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with project teams to implement technology solutions that support the firm’s strategic goals.
  • Creating and implementing change management strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
  • Identifying key stakeholders and developing tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in.
  • Designing and delivering targeted communications and training to drive user adoption.
  • Performing change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to reduce risks.

Key criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical expirience.
  • Relevant change management certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask across projects and prioritise efficiently.
