Senior Associate, Change Management

Our client, a Channel Islands-based leading professional services firm, is seeking a senior associate to focus on creating and executing strategic plans that harness technology to drive business growth and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with project teams to implement technology solutions that support the firm’s strategic goals.
- Creating and implementing change management strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
- Identifying key stakeholders and developing tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in.
- Designing and delivering targeted communications and training to drive user adoption.
- Performing change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to reduce risks.
Key criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical expirience.
- Relevant change management certification.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask across projects and prioritise efficiently.
