Trainee Trust Administrator
Are you looking for an entry-level role to gain experience within a Guernsey-based trust company? Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to support the administration of trust and company arrangements under Guernsey law.
In this role, you will also receive ongoing training and support to build expertise in trust pension administration, with progression to independently managing client portfolios.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling routine client queries with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Reviewing client accounts to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Processing payments via various banking platforms.
- Drafting routine meeting minutes.
- Keeping client, contact and asset records accurate and up to date in the company database.
Key criteria:
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) with strong English and Maths; A-Level candidates are preferred.
- Keen to pursue professional qualifications like ICSA, STEP, or relevant pension certifications.
- Office experience or internships in financial, legal, or administrative roles are desirable but not required.
