Senior Operations Manager

Do you have a deep understanding of industry best practices and risk? Our client is seeking a Senior Operations & Business Support Manager to oversee the company’s registry for both client and in-house entities, ensuring all updates are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

You’ll manage and align Key Data in Acumen, lead operational projects, and drive efficiencies through automation and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Background as a Trust & Company professional moving into Operations, or strong operations experience in the sector
• Solid understanding of sector risks (data security, regulatory, operational)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound judgement and discretion
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues
