Office Administrator
An internationally recognised online gaming company is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Administrator to join their Guernsey team.
This role will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, delivering exceptional customer service while providing administrative support to the Directors and Senior Management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, managing reception duties, handling the post, and answering incoming calls
- Supporting the coordination of events, board meetings, and travel arrangements
- Managing office facilities and liaising with contractors for building maintenance
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and refreshments
- Maintaining an organised filing system
- Providing general administrative support to teams as needed
- Managing calendars for board and committee meetings
About You:
The ideal candidate will be confident, able to multitask, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive office environment.
