Senior Operations Officer
Do you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence? A well-established, family-owned Private Client and Fund Services firm is looking for a Senior Operations Officer to play a key role in shaping and supporting its operational strategy.
In this varied and impactful position, you'll oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations, contribute to strategic projects, and support compliance initiatives. You’ll also collaborate closely with teams across IT, information security, and data protection.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in an operations or administrative support role
- Strong Knowledge of GFSC regulations, Guernsey legislation, and compliance standards
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
