Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing internal policies and procedures
- Leading training initiatives and mentoring staff on new processes
- Interpreting and applying local AML/CFT legislation
- Participating in key internal committees
- Supporting risk reporting and governance activities
To thrive in this role, you’ll need at least five years’ relevant experience, a recognised professional qualification, strong technical writing and presentation skills, and sound judgement. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential.
