Administrator, Private Clients

Are you looking for your next role in Trust? Our client is seeking an Administrator to assist with the day-to-day administration of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance with Guernsey regulations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining communication with beneficiaries, banks, auditors, advisers, agents, lawyers, and the tax team
  • Supporting team members with correspondence and general admin tasks
  • Assisting with fee collection and debtor chasing
  • Addressing compliance review points

Key criteria:

  • Entry-level or some relevant experience in finance or professional services
  • Strong educational background, including A Levels (or equivalent) and GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Willing to undertake study for a professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ICSA)
  • Strong IT skills
