Business Support Co-ordinator

Do you have solid admin experience, an understanding of corporate governance, and at least 2 years in a similar role? A private banking corporation is looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Coordinator for a dynamic position that blends Reception and Event Management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients, issuing passes, and managing switchboard calls
  • Booking taxis, meeting rooms, catering, and refreshments
  • Keeping reception and meeting areas clean and presentable
  • Handling post and courier services
  • Covering for the Facilities Officer during absences
  • Coordinating end-to-end client and corporate events
  • Taking minutes and supporting company secretarial tasks (training provided)
  • Managing the events calendar and assisting with logistics
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for stakeholders
  • Providing admin and secretarial support to senior management
