File Reviewer
Do you have experience in risk reviews and have a tech-savvy mindset? A leading wealth services provider is looking for a File Review Administrator to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery
- Supporting system development and participating in user testing
- Conducting customer file reviews during onboarding and periodic review processes
- Monitoring transactions and ensuring compliance
- Identifying and documenting gaps in client records or supporting evidence
- Adhering to AML and CDD requirements
Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience in AML/CDD, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful applicant will have a proactive attitude, be adaptable, and eager to learn; full training on internal systems will be provided.
