Senior Fund Administrator
Are you ready to take the next step in your fund administration career? Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to take on a pivotal position within their growing Private Equity team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of the investments function.
As an integral member of the team, you will be overseeing cash operations, managing investor transactions, conducting review work, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, attending board meetings, and ensuring the prompt resolution of administrative queries. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping to deliver a seamless and professional investor experience.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in fund administration at a senior level (signatory experience advantageous)
- Need Bookkeeping and accounts experience
- Relevant professional qualification or currently working towards one (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Confidence in managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Solid industry knowledge and up-to-date understanding of local regulatory frameworks
