A leading financial services firm is looking for a Fund Administrator or Senior Fund Administrator to join their growing Private Equity team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Investment Advisors and external stakeholders.
- Managing daily cash operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and invoice preparation.
- Producing timely and accurate client and investor reports.
- Monitoring operational risks and contributing to process enhancements.
- Maintaining accurate records of investments and portfolios.
The successful candidate will need prior experience in fund administration along with a relevant finance or business qualification, or be actively working towards one. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, solid computer literacy, and a proactive mindset are essential.
