Client Services Officer

Do you have experience in custody services and client operations? A well-established private bank is seeking a Client Services Officer to join their small Private Client Services team on a temporary basis.

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for the daily administration, preparation, and processing of private client payments and custody instructions. You’ll also support clients using the bank’s online platform, assist with fixed deposit arrangements, payments, and foreign exchange transactions, handle client queries, and assist with account openings. Ensuring client records and documentation are up to date and compliant will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, work well independently, and bring experience in account opening, CDD, risk reviews, and core banking systems.
