Client Services Associate

Do you have experience working on a helpdesk or have held a technical IT support position for several years? An IT services provider is seeking a Services Associate to join their team.

This role will require you to work predominantly onsite at clients' offices. You will also provide various IT support services, which include responding to support calls, assisting end users, and the resolution of desktop, network, and server issues.

This is a varied, interesting, and challenging position where you will be expected to take an active role in the engineering tasks and spend a significant proportion of your time supporting clients.
