Service Desk Engineer

Our client is seeking someone with several years of experience in IT support, possessing strong technical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well independently and collaboratively across a wider team.

Some responsibilities are:

  • Providing first-line IT support to clients, remotely and onsite, resolving desktop, network, and server issues.
  • Applying strong technical skills and excellent customer service, combining independence with teamwork.
  • Collaborating with the Service Delivery Team, building and maintaining client and colleague relationships.
  • Accurately logging support tickets, documenting issues/resolutions, and keeping clients informed of progress.
  • Performing proactive maintenance, following best practices for software and hardware deployment.
