Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of smart solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Overseeing reporting and data insights through Power BI, SSRS, and SQL.
• Managing system upgrades and coordinating user testing.
• Analysing and enhancing business processes across departments.
• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Championing automation and exploring emerging technologies like AI.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Proven business analysis and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience leading process improvement and managing system lifecycles.
• Skilled in working with third-party software vendors.
• Certifications in IT or Microsoft technologies are highly desirable.
