Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with correspondence to and from clients
- Drafting trust and company minutes and resolutions
- Administration of Trust, Company, and other private client relationships
- Preparing bank account opening forms and investment forms
- Liaising with service providers such as bankers, investment managers, and registered offices
- Processing the incorporation and termination of companies
