Training Manager and Dangerous Goods Officer

Do you have a recognised training qualification? A commercial transport business is seeking a Training Manager/Dangerous Goods Officer to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering comprehensive training programmes
• Maintaining training records
• Ensuring all training materials reflect current legislation 
• Liaising with other authorities to address training needs
• Audit business areas to identify training needs
• Ability to travel at short notice and provide shift cover 
• Staying up to date on Dangerous Goods regulations and ensuring compliance with IATA dangerous goods manuals, including regulations, workbooks and relevant tables.

For this role, you need strong experience in PC software, especially in developing training programs, along with excellent organisational skills. In addition, a training qualification PTLLS level 3 Award in Education or equivalent is required.
