Do you have experience in IT service desk support? A provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services is seeking a Technology Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact to end users, ensuring all concerns are treated supportively
  • Ensuring all incidents are reported accurately, investigated, and complex issues escalated promptly 
  • Processing service requests ensuring users are kept informed of progress
  • Providing desktop support 
  • Administrating user accounts 
  • Providing support for business systems

For this role, you need 2 years of experience in IT service delivery management, along with a relevant qualification. In addition, good communication skills and experience in carrying out technology operational processes are required.
